Brazil Santos is named after the port from which Brazil’s famous coffees pass through. The coffee has been dried prior to being removed from the fruit and hence its sweetness is gently carried over into the flavor of the bean. As a result, Santos yields a low acidic, light-bodied brew. It carries a mild, nutty taste with a light earthy tone.
